Description

This library provides an interface to the NiQ EZIO microprocessor device. All EZIO operations are supported. Currently, the library only works on the Win32 platform (this will change as soon as I find serial drivers for the MacOS and Unix).

All releases are available at the project's Sourceforge page.

Installation

For Win32 (Visual C++ 6.0):

• compile the Release version of EZIOlib.
• include Release\EZIO.lib and src\EZIO.h in your projects.

Future Plans

• Is there ANY way to fail gracefully if the board isn't connected?
• incorporate serial port drivers for the MacOS and UNIX environments.
• include package binaries and write some installation/usage docs.
• test on platforms other than Windows XP, to make sure nothing is greviously wrong.

License

I hate legalese. This software is free to use and distribute however you'd like. I'm not aware of any bugs, but please don't come crying to me if this software fries your board.
